All bookings are
subject to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and payment
q
The party leader
should request a reservation by e-mail or by completing and submitting the
enquiry form.
q
A reservation
request is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation of availability and
rental rates will be made promptly by email.
q
A booking will
be confirmed when the Initial deposit has been received.
q
The initial
deposit is £100 per week
q
This deposit is
non-refundable as other prospective bookings will be refused for this
period
q
Full payment for
rental is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
q
Bookings made
within 10 weeks of arrival are payable in full, together with the security
deposit, at the time of booking.
q
Payments can be
made by cheque in US Dollars, Euros or £ Sterling to the owners home
address
q
The security
deposit is to cover extra accommodation costs, loss or damage to the
rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of
rental. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property
is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the
security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning. Any telephone calls
not made on a credit card or calling card will be charged to the security
deposit. In the event of any damage that is caused by yourself in excess
of £200, we will look to you for full reimbursement of the outstanding
amount within 14 days.

The security
deposit will be refunded upon confirmation from the management company
that the property has been vacated in a satisfactory manner, within
approximately 4 weeks of departure. Refunds will be sent by cheque to the
party leaders home address
Cancellation by Owner
/ Management Company
q
We reserve the
right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance
with the conditions above
q
Should
circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking, you will
receive a full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be
accepted.
Cancellation by Guest
q
All
cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following
charges:
q
More than 10
weeks before arrival date = Initial deposit
q
4 to 10 weeks or
less before arrival date = 50% of rental amount
q
Less than 4
weeks before arrival date = 100% of rental amount
Rental Period and
Occupancy
q
Check in time is
3pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is
10am or earlier on the
departure date. Rental periods can run from and to any day of the week.
q
The property may
only be occupied by a maximum of 12 (twelve) people
q
Only the numbers
of persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property.
The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and
must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse
admittance if this condition is not observed.
q
The Owner /
Management Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any booking
at any time at their discretion without having to give reasons.
q
It may be
necessary for staff or agents of the Management Company to enter the
premises in order to perform maintenance or repairs. All reasonable steps
will be made to minimise inconvenience and provide adequate notice
q
There are no
bedrooms on the ground floor so the villa is not suitable for disabled
persons
q
Animals and pets
are not allowed in the villa.
q
Smoking is not
allowed in the villa, but is allowed on the pool deck
Complaints
q
Should you
experience any problems, please contact the Management Company
immediately, who will endeavour to assist and rectify the matter as soon as
practically possible. Details can be found in the villa.
q
If the problem
is not resolved, please contact the Owner as soon as possible and I will
do everything possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Liability Limitations
q
During your
stay, the owner, or owner’s agents do not accept any liability what so
ever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or
personal effects how ever caused. The property has a swimming pool and the
owners or management do not accept responsibility in the event of injury
or death caused as a result of the use of the pool. All children must be
supervised at all times. Also caution must be taken around wet
areas. Guests are requested to have appropriate insurance in force for the
period of their trip. Loss or injury should be notified to your insurance
company immediately.

Parents must, at
all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the
facilities of the development.
q
The Owner /
Management Company accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in
respect of loss/damage/cancellation or changes caused by force majeure
events (eg strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or treat of
war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical
weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or
ports, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control. strikes,
flood, fires, airport closures etc.) or any other event beyond our
control.
q
High Grove is a
brand new development and there may be some site construction work . By
Spring 2005 all villas are due to be completed and if there is
construction noise this should be at a minimum. We cannot give any
guarantees about this.
