The villa is located at High Grove Resort on US 27 at the junction with the US 192. See location map
Prices range from £550/$900 (low season) to £670/$1100 (peak season) per property per week Check the rates section for full cost details.
There is a cleaning charge of £60/$100 payable on
bookings of less than one week.
If you require heating for the pool/spa (recommended during the months of mid
October to mid March) there is an additional weekly charge of £75/$135.
Depending on the time of year we would consider discounting stays of more than 2 weeks. Please contact us to discuss your requirements
What are the arrival & departure times?
Check in after 15.00 on arrival date.
Check out before 10.00 on departure date.
What deposits do we need to give you and are they returnable?
There is an initial non-returnable deposit of £100/$175 per week payable to secure your reservation.
A refundable security bond of £200/$350 will be required with the final balance. This will be returned to you subject to there being no damage to the property or contents contained within. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions
How close is the villa to Disney?
The villa is 6 miles from Disney which takes 10 minutes to drive. Directions will be given to you explaining the easiest and quickest route.
Is there a phone in the villa?
The villa has a digital phone with free calls throughout the US and Canada. International calls can be made by purchase of a phone card at local stores
How do I find out if the dates that I want are available?
Please check our availability calendar or contact us, and we would be happy to discuss what dates we have available.
How many does the villa sleep?
The villa has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. Due to the terms of our rental licence it is not possible to exceed this number.
Is there a minimum / maximum stay time?
The villa is available for any length of stay starting on any day of the week (subject to availability). Please contact us to discuss.
What is there in the villa to keep the kids occupied?
There are colour TV’s with cable in all the bedrooms, a DVD player, PS2 with a selection of games, Hi-fi system, a separate games area in the garage – and of course the swimming pool.
Is the pool are safe for young children?
We have pool alarms fitted to the external doors leading from the villa to the pool.
There is a good quality cot and high chair together with all required bedding in the villa.
Are all the community facilities included in the price?
Yes, there are no additional charges to guests.
We have a professional, local property Management Company who look after our villa. They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week in case of emergency.
How far away are the shops and restaurants?
There is a new Walmart Supercenter and a large Publix and pharmacy is half a mile away. There are many excellent restaurants within 2-3 miles
Do you accept payment by credit cards?
Yes. We use the very secure Paypal system to take payment via credit and debit cards for your convenience. Please use the links at the bottom of each page to be directed to the secure Paypal site.
Alternatively we are happy to receive cheques in US dollars, Euro’s or £ sterling
