Once availability has been established complete our booking form
online this can be printed for postal customers or the booking can be
completed electronically online |

You will receive a
confirmation of your booking via your preferred contact method. |

What happens after you have booked? |

1. |
You
pay initial deposit to secure booking |
| 2. |
I
will confirm booking secured immediately on receipt of payment (by
preferred contact method) |
| 3. |
During this period, I will provide any further information I can to
help |
| 4. |
I
will forward request for final payment and security deposit 16 weeks
prior to arrival |
| 5. |
Make
payment of balance costs together with security deposit at least 10
weeks prior to arrival |
| 6. |
I
will provide full details of villa on receipt of payment (address /
directions from airport / maps / key access details etc) together with
a welcome pack of information on attractions, restaurants, local
places of interest etc.) |
| 7. |
I will contact you 1 week prior to arrival to make sure everything is
OK. And deal with any last minute queries you might have. |
| 8. |
Our
home will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The
villa is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service |
| 9. |
Following departure, the management Company will notify me that
everything is satisfactory. |
| 10. |
Within 4 weeks of departure, I will return your security deposit by
cheque |
